Over 5 years of consulting, I've helped organizations tackle operational, tactical and strategic problems with data. I was also the first to teach Data Science at Syntra, adult courses aimed at helping people shape data solutions and strategy within their own companies, and the material I created back then is still used today. That work is backed by strong theoretical foundations: a PhD in stochastic processes, focused on load balancing.

Along the way, I saw the same pattern too often: generic SaaS tools that don't quite fit how a company actually works, and traditional data science consulting that's effective but often hard to translate into something teams can really run with. RivNox exists to close that gap: tailored thinking, built to actually fit the organization and get used.

My specialty is working with people, not just for them: digging into data problems together, mapping out a strategy that fits, and making sure it gets adopted correctly, because a solution only pays off if people understand it and use it well.
